Overview

At Field Coolers, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind after receiving your order:

  • You may return the item within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Return shipping costs will be for the customer’s account

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email fieldsupport@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos

  • Field Coolers will cover the return shipping costs

You may choose between a replacement, exchange, or full refund.


Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
