Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Field Coolers reserves the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Field Coolers cannot be held liable for courier delays.
